Fabrication Facilities |

Our manufacturing facility, which consists of 3 fabrication bays, covers an accumulative area of 8,550 Sq. Metres. Installed in each bay are three overhead traveling cranes with a combined lifting capacity of 22 tons. |

We have a full range of modern fabrication machinery. Which includes a fully automatic preparation system with inter connecting conveyors for material handling. The system consists of a high speed Cold Saw, multi headed Beamline, Drilling Machine, and Beam Profile Machine. |

Additional machinery consists of a three metre x 22 mm Bending Rolls, 300 Ton Press Brake, three metre Hydraulic Shears, Multi-Head Gas Cutting Machine, Hydraulic Web and Flange Punches, Radial Arm Drills, Manual and Semi-Automatic welding machines. |

| Our skilled shop floor tradesmen have a full range of portable machines and hand tool of a type that one would expect to find in a modern fabrication shop. | |||||||||
| We also undertake all our own blast cleaning and painting, using a grit blasting system. Surfaces are prepared normally to SA2 1/2, after which we have a full range of local industrial finishes at our disposal. | |||||||||
