01. TRENNJAEGER LONGITUDINAL CIRCULAR COLD SAW.

MODEL PMC-12

CAPACITY : 'H'-BEAMS 1000 mm WIDE x 300 mm HIGH

PLATE 1000 mm WIDE x 200 mm THICK

The machine has a semiautomatic measuring device which is independent of the saw, enabling the operator to set the length required for the next piece of material to be cut, whilst the saw is in operation. This method of measurement assures an accuracy of +/- 1 mm. Any slope angle required can easily be achieved by the simple movement of the saw.

 

02. PROMABEAM MULTI HEAD DRILLING MACHINE

MODEL 3B40 TV.

CAPACITY : 3 HEADS DRILL SIZE 10 mm TO 50 mm

BEAM SIZE 1000 mm WIDE x 500 mm HIGH

The 3 headed, 6 spindle speed drilling unit, will drill 3 holes simultaneously. The material is clamped in position by vertical clamping jaws with a maximum pressure of 4 tons on both the import and output sides. The accuracy on all three drilling axis is +/- 0.2 mm on the 'X' axis and +/- 0.3mm on the 'Y' axis to a measuring length of 20 Mtrs.

The use of T.V.Camera measurement and web sensors eliminate completely any manual marking of holes.

 

03. PROFILE CUTTING MACHINE

CAPACITY: 180 mm THICK PLATE, TWIN HEADS.

The machines magic eye will follow templates easily and accurately, cutting practically any shape required. Plate range 6mm to 150mm thick.

 

04. PULLMAX-DAVI DOUBLE PINCH BENDING ROLLS

CAPACITY: 20 mm THICK PLATE LENGTH 3100 mm

PRE BENDING 16mm THICK PLATE LENGTH 3100mm

The Rolls are capable of rolling 35mm thick plate at a width of 600 mm. The built in cone attachment makes it effortless when cone rolling is required.

 

05. ATLANTIC - OLEODYNAMIC PRESS BRAKE

BENDING LENGTH 4100 mm

MAX. PLATE THICKNESS 20 mm

A range of top and bottom tooling allows bending of plate upto 20mm thick. The electronic synchronized control of parallelism, synchronized positioning of the rams, and the automatic recovery of the frame deflection to obtain a constant bending angle, ensures perfect bending of plates.

 

06. PEARSON GUILLOTINE

CAPACITY : 16mm THICK PLATE x 3000 mm LONG

The motorized back stop on the GUILLOTINE can be changed very quickly when cutting plates of various sizes.

 

07. KINGSLAND PUNCHING AND CROPPING MACHINE

This very versatile machine is useful for cropping of angles, bars and hole punching.

The introduction into our system of the Beam Profile Cutting Machine, has increased the quality of our product. Flange thinning, Beam splitting, Copes, Mouse Holes, and weld preparation are easily performed to a very high standard. This reduces grinding to an absolute minimum.
